Low carb Cauliflower Tots recipe easy and delicious

These cheesy crispy low carb cauliflower tots recipe are delicious.

It is a best appetizer for a party. These low carb cauliflower tots are well and delicious!

Baked to complete quality, these tots are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.

Everybody will desire them so much that they will fly off the table.

I make these delicious cheesy cauliflower tots using few ingredients.

Even the kids will love these tots, and they are so good when dipped in sugar free ketchup.

Ingredients required for Low carb Cauliflower Tots recipe:

1 1/2 lb. Cauliflower riced

1/4 cup Avocado Oil

 1 large Egg

1 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese

2 cloves Garlic (minced, optional)

3/4 tsp. Sea salt 

How to prepare Low carb Cauliflower Tots recipe:

  1. Take a non-stick pan over medium high heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil in it.
  2. When heated up the oil add Cauliflower rice and stir well till it lightly browned.
  3.  Take a large bowl and add beaten eggs and add mozzarella, garlic and salt and mix well till well combined.
  4. Put the warm cauliflower rice into the bowl and it melts the cheese.
  5. Now knead with your hands and make soft dough.
  6. With your hands divide the dough into parts.
  7. Take one part and make a ball and then press with fingers.
  8. Do the same process with the remaining parts.
  9. Take a baking sheet and parchment paper and grease it with melted butter and put these tots into the sheet.
  10. Now bake these tots for 5 to 10 minutes at 200C or till they look golden brown in colour.
  11. Serve on plate and enjoy with sugar free sauce.
