The paleo diet plan is like what human hunter-gatherer ancestors ate thousands of years ago. And we do not know if they ate comparable to what the scientist has claimed, but most of the resources claim that it is the same as it consisted of whole foods. During this diet, you need to intake food in the raw form and can eat.
